This feature allows for text to be put together so that there are no lines within the boundaries of each letter there is a continuous outline without boundaries where the letters overlap. In CorelDraw, there is a nice feature that is quite popular among jewelry and sign makers called “Weld”.

To align a paragraph justified, first use Text Tool to create a text box, then make a paragraph in it, select all, and finally select align justified.īelow is example of basic text formatting. To copy an existing color from an imported picture into the text, first select the target text, second activate Eyedrop Tool (D), and finally click the existing color.įormatting a text means making it looks like what you want. To color the outline of text, hold Shift and click a color. To color a text, select the text, and click a color from the palette. Use Select Tool and select the text and 8 arrows appear around it and drag one to resize the text either it is shrinking or enlarging. 
For example, change a text font ( typeface) from Times New Roman to Liberation Serif.
Use Text Tool and click the text and block select it and select a font from Font Chooser on toolbar.
